Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment
At Blixshoot, we strive to deliver exceptional content every time. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled. We aim to be fair to both our clients and our creators.
2. Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply based on how far in advance you cancel:
- More than 48 hours before the shoot: Full refund, no questions asked.
- 24–48 hours before the shoot: 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers creator allocation and scheduling costs.
- Less than 24 hours before the shoot: No refund. The booking amount is non-refundable as the creator has been allocated and is prepared for your shoot.
- No-show (client not present at the scheduled time/location): No refund. The booking is forfeited.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking at no additional charge if done at least 24 hours before the original shoot time, subject to creator availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the shoot are treated as cancellations under the policy above.
Rescheduling is allowed a maximum of once per booking. A second reschedule request will require a fresh booking.
4. Cancellation by Blixshoot
In rare cases, Blixshoot may need to cancel a booking due to creator unavailability, technical issues, or force majeure events. In such cases:
- You will be notified as early as possible
- We will offer a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice
- No cancellation fees will apply
5. Quality Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the delivered content due to a technical error or failure on our creator's part (e.g., corrupted files, incomplete shoot without cause), we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A complimentary reshoot at a mutually agreed time
- A partial or full refund depending on the severity of the issue
Dissatisfaction based on subjective style preferences (e.g., editing style, camera angles) does not qualify for a refund if the shoot was completed as per the package description.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. GST collected on bookings is non-refundable as per Indian tax law.
7. Wedding & Custom Packages
Wedding and Luxe packages have custom cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Please refer to your booking agreement or contact us for details.
8. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
To cancel a booking or initiate a refund, contact us via our contact page or WhatsApp us directly with your booking ID. Refund requests without a valid booking reference cannot be processed.
